Amir Fakhry, head of the fact-finding committee at Al Kalema (Word) Center for Human Rights, said Sameh Ayad and Rafaat Ayad, brothers of the minor Ghatas Ayad, who was accused of attacking a Muslim from Beni Ahmed’s El-Shekiyah village in Minya, are still detained.
