While the issue of burning, demolition and closure of churches, in addition to repeated attacks on them, is not new, it has increased since the January 25 Revolution and worsened in the wake of the June 30 Revolution, which poses a critical issue that Coptic Christians hope will be solved by the new president, according to observers.
